Payment Options:

We accept USA issued Visa, MC, Discover and PayPal (Confirmed Addresses Only).

We do not accept Money Orders, Checks, or American Express.

Product Conditions:
Our items are categorized into three conditions types, following are the descriptions for each.
As-Is
-
Items are consumer returns and there is a chance that the merchandise is defective, may have missing components or minor scratches or defects.

We do not and will not plug in or power up the merchandise to verify functionality.

Accessories such as remote controls, batteries, cables or paperwork may or may not be included.
Open Box
-
The outer packaging may be worn and re-taped, and the item should function properly. However, because the item was opened and returned, there may be evidence of minor use, scuffmarks and scratches outside the viewing area.

Some accessories may be missing and will be the discretion of the customer to replace at their own expense. Since we do not do a detail inventory of the box, we do not know what, if any, accessories are missing.

Items are sealed in their original packaging
Shipping Policies:
Items are either posted for shipping or pick up within 72 hours; following are the policies for both.
Pick Up

to get a carrier rate.

Pick Up date MUST BE 72 hours after purchase.

If you do not pick up merchandise within the 3 days we will cancel the order and refund your payment, minus the handling fee.

Before the merchandise is released we will ask for photo identification and copies of the Dietz's Deal payment confirmation (print after checkout process) and pick up confirmation emails.
**Note: Shipping fees will not be reimbursed for shipment refusals.
Shipping

We ship all orders within 3 business days after your payment clears.

Our warehouse is closed on holidays and Sundays

All orders ship via FedEx ground unless otherwise stated in the listing.

We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States (48 mainland states)

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

We DO NOT combine shipments for multiple purchases.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Each of our Product Conditions has a different Return policy, please read below to get detailed information.
For New items the following applies:

If an item does not function properly or is different from the description, please contact us, at

, within 48 hours of receipt and we will make arrangements to exchange the product. If an item in not available, we will refund your total payment.

Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected.

Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for items with minor scuffs and/or scratches outside the viewing area.

Once the 48 hours have passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds.
For Open Box and As-Is items the following applies:

All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is a different model from that which you purchased.
